Competition to design an induced draft air stripping tower, providing purified water from an aquifer for use by the community in an open, non-prescriptive park design. The stripped tower, clad in pre-stressed cabled forming a rotational hyperparabolic net rising 98 feet, creates a spiraling surface echoing the water's movement within the tower. Exhibited at the Urban League, New York.
